($800 full session)

TUESDAYS, FRIDAYS: 6-730 PM

SUNDAYS: 10 AM - 12 PM

This class will continue to focus on folkstyle wrestling skills, in order to emphasize and build upon the basic skills and technique needed to succeed at the High School level. This class is perfect for the newer wrestler who is not quite ready to jump into the higher intensity level of instruction that our Advanced Freestyle class offers. Strength and conditioning opportunities are available to our Folkstyle members, in order to continue developing functional strength geared towards the sport of wrestling.

We do not issue REFUNDS on our memberships but will review your case on an individual basis and work with you to reach a solution.
