Kids Klub (GRADES K-3)

This program aims to make wrestling a fun experience for young kids who are ready to be introduced to the sport. Wrestlers in our Kids Klub will familiarize themselves with wrestling positions, improve coordination, balance and flexibility, strengthen core muscles necessary for wrestling, and learn the discipline needed to move up to other GPS classes.

Elementary (GRADES 4-6)

Wrestlers in our Elementary program are ready to increase the speed at which they produce wrestling skills and movements, while still focusing on developing the appropriate agility, flexibility and strength to be successful. Wrestlers in this program become more competitive, and are provided with opportunities to put their newly learned skills to the test. Our Elementary program is a crucial stepping stone to move up to our Middle School program.

Middle School (GRADES 7/8)

This class will cover a similar curriculum as our High School program, but our coaches will be spending more time teaching technique at an age appropriate pace. The Middle School program is focused on development and technique, so that every wrestler can feel confident competing at the High School level. Strength and conditioning opportunities are available to our Middle School members, in order to continue developing functional strength geared towards the sport of wrestling.

HIGH SCHOOL FUNDAMENTALS (New wrestlers with 1-2 years of experience)

This class will cover a similar curriculum as our High School program, but at a slightly slower pace in order to emphasize the basic skills and technique needed to succeed at the High School level. This class is perfect for the newer wrestler who is not quite ready to jump into the higher intensity level of instruction that our High School class offers. Strength and conditioning opportunities are available to our HS Fundamental members, in order to continue developing functional strength geared towards the sport of wrestling.

High School (GRADES 9-12)

The High School class moves at a quick pace and is centered around technique mastery, as well as working towards acquiring more advanced skill sets. High School members have the opportunity to travel to outside competitions and are expected to take their wrestling more seriously. College recruitment guidance is provided to our High School members, as well as options for strength and conditioning for continued strength building and maintenance.

GIRLS Only! *seasonal* (elementary, middle, and High school ages)

Our Girls program provides development for  female wrestlers who want to be surrounded by like-minded individuals in a focused part of the sport which is  growing fast. In this class, we provide guidance and instruction specifically geared towards what girls may experience in this sport as female athletes. This class is open to all ages where we are proud of the community of future girl all-stars we are bringing together!

ADULTS (ages 18+)

In our Masters’ class, we welcome anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to either compete in Senior or Masters/Veterans tournaments, improve in other Martial Art disciplines such as Jiu Jitsu or MMA, and or who simply want to learn a new way of improving their health and fitness. Masters members will work on rebuilding, learning and improving their wrestling skills, while emphasizing strength, conditioning and agility.

GOLD *INVITE ONLY*

Wrestlers in our Gold program must be invited by GPS Coaches. Invitation is based on the demonstration of basic skill mastery and a successful track record competing at the High School level. Other characteristics of a Gold Level member include leadership, responsibility, accountability, an eagerness to learn, and an end goal of competing at the college level. Our Gold level members are also given the opportunity to compete with GPS at outside events throughout the off season, and are provided with periodized strength and conditioning programs.
